FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY
Matt Shannon is a fine art landscape and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island. He spends most of his time exploring the wild, hiking and camping with his wife and camera close-by. It was Vancouver Island's beauty which first inspired him to choose a career in photography. After graduating high-school in New Brunswick he ventured westward across Canada until he reached Vancouver Island - for 13 years he has called the Island home. Matt captures images of the wild coast, giant trees, and epic mountains he skilfully and artfully portrays their splendor as if it were his first time seeing them again.
